Mr. Daniel Faure
Mr. Faure is a senior uranium geologist with a familiarity of global uranium deposits and over 38 years of uranium exploration experience, of which 16 years were spent in exploration of Canada's Athabasca Basin. Mr. Faure previously served with French uranium giant AREVA / Cogema for 28 years in various senior capacities in Africa, the Middle East, Australia, South America, Asia, and Canada. During that time, Mr. Faure led the exploration team that was responsible for the discovery of Cigar Lake, the second largest uranium deposit in Canada. He is presently President of DF Exploration Uranium Limited, a company engaged in uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin since 1994.
Mr. Faure is a graduate in geology from the Sorbonne, University of Paris.
Shane Shircliff
Mr. Shircliff (B. Comm., M.B.A.), has over twenty years of experience in senior management and corporate director roles for both publicly traded and private companies, and has extensive experience with various publicly traded regulatory regimes. Mr. Shircliff’s breadth of expertise over his career include negotiation, deal structure, due diligence and transacting mergers, acquisitions and divestitures totaling over one billion dollars in value. Industries of experience include logistics, finance, natural resources, exploration and mining, retail, real estate and construction.
Mr. Shircliff has been directly involved with all aspects of developing resource projects encompassing lithium, uranium, gold, silver, industrial minerals, diamonds as well as oil and gas in a variety of countries. Mr. Shircliff is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Clinworth Management Corp., a private company, which provides management, acquisition, divestiture and corporate development services to a wide range of clients.
Clinworth most recently has been working with and advising clients in the areas of acquisitions, strategy, resources, retail, real estate and construction. In addition to industry clients, Clinworth continues to advise First Nations and their economic development entities on strategy, negotiation and growth opportunities.
Misty Urbatsch
Misty brings a rare blend of experience accumulated over fifteen years in the mining industry. With a robust background in a major exploration, mining and marketing company, she has acquired invaluable expertise across various facets of the metals industry, including domestic and international uranium exploration and global uranium sales, marketing, and trading.
